Ok guys.. you may ask... what im doing here in the Business section?

well, yesterday i had a brillant idea hehehe and was create a new better ambient light..:D
And i made it

In a few words, this new light gives you full control of the color and intesity from ambient light for realtime.. Plus take control of your VrayGI and set the right color (in realtime preview) and set Intesity (something not possible by Vray)

Ok here is a video showing what this new light does.. enjoy and sorry for my poor english.. have fun reading hahahaha..

**As all you know most of my projects are here by free, this time i will make a diferent move trying to use the new Turbosquid plugin :)
Well..... no so diferent.. You are able to "collaborate" with me if you want.. and if you have no credit card, or by some reason you can't or want pay 7 dollars, send me a PM with your mail and i'll send you the Advanced Ambient light by free.. :)

So nobody is pushed to pay.. ;)

Here is the link to TurboSquid..

Nice ideas! I like the new ambient light idea. I also like the use of TurboSquid - it's a great opportunity to gain some reward for time spent on releasing things to the tS community, especially if done with this optional payment offer, nicely done Prodigy!

I do hope people will use TurboSquid even for their free items. I often see something cool in the forums in passing, when I'm too busy to download and install it, then later I forget what it was and can't find it. With the hundreds of things posted on these forums, it would be great if they were moved to or also posted on TurboSquid, then when I do have time I can just search "trueSpace7" and get all those cool items listed, and start going through the various models, objects, lights, layouts, scripts etc that people have made.

We have the first part of the sharing down nicely, with a great community making a lot of useful stuff. The second part of the sharing is for people to be able to easily find that content, and now with the option of a single, central, managed, professional warehouse, I hope to see that second part squashed!

That will enable that great content to reach more people, and also I hope enable those content creators to be able to see some return on what they've given like here with this option to purchase Prodigy's latest creation :)

Thanks!

Tom

Hi Friend!!! tudo bem?

Well..congratulations again :)

But I have one question about ambient light idea.

1-So since the vray engine work with TS7, the problem of bleeding is the same.

ESpecially when all white, and some points of project is green or another color.

See the old (or new) image.

I asked to Norm and Paul, but unfortunately the problem is not so easy,in lightworks is ok, but in vray/modelsapce is bad.

2-Another question is, the real vray ,or something like Modo luxology or maxellrender are nice and sweet light..soft...but in TS is very strong...not

soft like real vray, SO your light is give us a good light/soft ?

Thank you again friend, best wishes.

Como va Adriani !! :D

Like this??
16184

This only bring intensity to your Vray GI, so you are able to set very low bounce values and "fix" this problem.. maybe you have a test scene or something..

Another workaround is, save your GI calc. without grass texture.. and then load it, now, with the texture applyed.. that solve the color blending problem too.. a bit tricky but works..

Ok guys,

First, Thanks for those who supports me buying this ambient light through Turbosquid.. That was very kind from you!

Now, i believe is not fair sale something for vray so i think to leave it for free.. :o

And for those who supports me, DONT WORRY!! :) i have something very special for you! and of course, without any Charge hehehe...

The only problem is you need to wait untill 7.61 release :o
