Hey, folks. I'm animating a shot in 6.6 that involves an IK object. It was assembled with the add joint tool. Everything works well except one object, the pelvis (this is a robot, by the way). When I move the object as a whole, the pelvis stays put, apparently floating in air in front or behind the robot. Not sure what I did but I was wondering if you know an easy way to reattach the pelvis so it moves with the object. thanks.

You could save the pelvis object to a tS7. 6 library, open the LE and navigate the structure of the model until you are at the level the pelvis object needs to go, drag from library to LE, then hook up the connectors to the transforms, object owner, matrix etc (copy the connections seen in the other objects in there).


If model side only and you don't want to try the LE, I think ungluing the parts as you go, then regluing into the desired order, would be the way.
