Posting these images in spare time while computer is occupied doing other mudane things. But this is about to change...no idea when next stage will come..


This is a 'background' model which will be of lower resolution to make up the final scene...with or without subdiv

Well you've sure got us intrigued... that's looking like some monster engine for a futuristic hot-rod? Similar to the speeder Annakin 'borrowed' in Episode II perhaps? Interested to see how this pans out, you've not left yourself much time!

-as I said in the main thread, I know I don't have time to bring this to a conclusion in the remaining time:(, however I will continue this as a WIP until it is finished :-) so after tomorrow's deadline I will continue until the final render -whenever that might be ...

As promised, I am resurrecting this thread.


Noko: I hadn't thought about the pod racers untill your comment but, this makes me think I could take this in two separate directions. The orginal idea and then the pod-racer idea...no promises but you've got me interested!


Hopefully, in the next week you shall now see some progress. It was either this or the drill SMC and although the drill is an excellent challenge, I going for 'freer' expression with this.
