Anyway, this is a completely made up thing but based loosely on existing technology, specifically ROV thrusters...Obviously I'm not trying for a realisic model of them and I'm not even sure if I'll get it finished. It made me think of when i did some work for this company that made ROVs and my brother worked for one of these companies too. Basicalyl, they build them with neutral buoyancy so the engines are only used for station keeping and movement. They are also bi-directional so no need for rudders. so, here's the start. I've put about 2 hours into it so far, testing with sds to see how it looks. It's got a way to go.... I don't have time to do any more. Quick render with VRay.
