Whenever you save a scene/object the time stamp it gets given is always exactly one hour out. ie, save an object or scene, hover mouse over saved obect/scene and you get a flyout giving basic information, including date and time it was saved, except the time is wrong by one hour. |

With or with, it's always an hour behind. Surely it takes the time from the system clock anyway so it shouldn't matter. |

I never noticed that the time was diff. You must be closer to the vortex point on planet earth. Here models are saved 6hours later :) |

Glad that's all cleared up, then.
I suspect you are one hour east of Greenwich.
I'm getting a 4 hour discrepancy inside tS.
According to this (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=77), I'm -4 hours GMT
If I save the object to the Windows desktop, the tooltip/popup displays the correct time.
That's tS for you..it Dares To Be Different! |

So it uses GMT (which will be fine for sixth months of the year for us Brits) rather than the individuals system time? Where's the logic in that????? It's on the individuals system and is only of use to them so why not have the time on their computer which will make it far more useful.
The mind boggles with some of the programming in this app, it really does. |

Reported to testing as something counter-intuitive that ought to change and be local time.
HTH!

I asked for answer to this as well but none received as yet.
My guess is due to shared spaces, the date/time gets messed up so if one time is used, then it is easy to figure out what was saved last or first or what have you. |
