Hello I mentioned this in the other thread (about the trial edition)

I just want to make it clear I have this error in the fully licensed edition of TS 7.51:

I have suddenly developed the ["failed to initialize kernel subsystem"] fault.

I am using Vista with an ATI Radeon X1300/X1550 (Dell).

I have tried all the suggestions I can find in this forum.

Does anyone have any other ideas please?

My best suggestion is to contact technical support directly. Note that emailing tech support will bring a faster response - while the forums are monitored, it is less frequently monitored than the tech support email, plus it is much easier to miss a question on the forums.

So while people are welcome to post tech issue on the forums, when you have something as major as being unable to run the application, I strongly advise also contacting tech support directly so you are not left waiting.

HTH!

Tom

PS - as you can tell, I don't have an answer to this one. Another reason to contact tech support directly :)

Thanks Tom

I never got around to following this up as I have been busy with another [none TS related] project.

Anyway I have just installed TS 7.6 and am pleased to report that it has fixed the problem.

I look forward to playing with the new version as soon as I get time to do so.

Regards

Gavin
