Hi,

after a view try and errors and "many things to learn" later...here is my very first walk cycle created with TS6.6 and Motion Studio.

Nice! I like that character, did you design and model him? Good job on the walk cycle.

Motion Studio is a Bones System Plugin for trueSpace 5 to trueSpace 6.6 and Modeler side from tS7.0-7.6.

It is freeware, and can be found here: http://www.primitiveitch.com/pub/

Well, the design is not from me. But modelled and rigged be me. It's based on a character that i found on the net. The original can be found here: LINK (http://www.render.ru/gallery/show_work.php?work_id=15134) It was more a model, lightning and texturing (mapping) test for me. It was not planed to animate him but hey...i was so god on the way and the character is so cute - in my eyes :-)

Here is the WIP for the Bot (made in TS6.6):

Way to go!

The only thing I notice is the character's left knee seems to come up/forward a bit more than the right, giving him the appearance of a limp or otherwise unnatural step with that leg. Getting symetric steps in a walk cycle can be difficult. :-)

You are doing a fine job so far, though!
