When I'm in the Model layout of TS 7.5, I need to select an object, click on it again and then hit delete. If I just select it and hit delete it doesn't do anything... Anyone know how to fix this? It's a small problem, but can be inconvenient when working with multiple small objects...
Thanks in advance,

Hi Truespaced. I tried it several times and in several different ways. I can not create the problem you are experiencing. Try clicking on and selecting the model area screen first. Then it will be for sure active. I have had that problem in workspace. But I got in habit of selecting the workspace area with my mouse to make it active then did not have the problem when deleting objects in workspace. Do you have another computer at home or work? If so, you might want to try it on another computer and see if it is a problem on another computer. If it is then it is a weird bug that you are experiencing and some of us are not. |

Weird... It works fine on my laptop (I click the object once and hit delete and it deletes it), but I tried what you said, I tried clicking in an empty space in the model tab, then clicking on the object, then hitting delete, and it didn't work. I have to select the object first, then click anywhere on the screen, and as long as it doesn't select another object, then hit delete, and it will work. So, I don't have to click the object twice, I just have to click twice... Idk why, though... Thank you for the reply though! :D

Thanks Nick, that is a pretty stupid little thing.... Ya, I try to keep the library "minimized" on the right so I can have more room to work in, and I almost never use it anyway...

I also had this problem sometimes if the object info box was open, TS gets confused thinking im deleting the Coords as opposed to the selected object, this was a source of much stress for me lol |
