The one question for truespace 6.6

How do I stop the good old

"Fatal error rendering, save your work and restart truespace"

And if I follow those directions an error message pops up "error number (something) mermory could not be read, click ok to terminate application"

Or is it my graphics card?

what type of modelling work were you performing prior to the render? Any booleaning or sweeping, for example? Any odd looking geometry?


A couple things to try:

use the Fix Bad Geometry icon to clean up the models

or

create a cube and move it away from your objects

boolean subtract the cube from the object you last modified

save

render

if the problem persists, repeat this with the other objects in your scene


One of these may help solve the problem.

I work in 9/10 NURBS
The problem with fix bad geometry is that I lose texture files and it decideds not to be able to be painted again, I think it was yesterady it decidded to paint a vertex?!
