I right click a mesh to enter point edit mode, select the vert I want to move, glance at the tools, move is selected, try to move the vert... nothing. Have to click to select the move tool even though it's already selected, then it works. Like the widget wiggle, I hope this is an oversight and will be addressed in the patch. Not the only situation where you need a second click so that things starts to work.
