I've ran across problems when creating scripts and connecting nodes together. The thing is the problem sometimes happens and sometimes won't. The problem is when connecting nodes or connecting scripts (though from what I've experianced it has mostly been the nodes) ts7 either doesn't update/refresh (whatever it's supposed to do which also seems to be kinda slow when it does work sometimes)
or just crashes.

Have any of the other scripters experienced these problems or may it be that I should reinstall (which I can wait until ts7.5 comes out)?

Edit: This situation seems to occur the most when not doing things correctly as in trying to get something working in the wrong place but only sometimes when your doing something right.

By not refreshing I take it you mean the 3D window isn't updating or that objects disappear?

Are you in the model side or the player side? LE actually applies to the player side and then the info is passed over the bridge to the model side. Are you working with the bridge on? Do the changes appear on one side but not the other?

Yeah, I'm working with the bridge on auto so does that create a slowdown. Do you work on your stuff with the bridge off? The 3d window doesn't seems to update itself fast enough thought it does work at least what I have created. The mouse control I've setyp for the player side works just fine but the alt+mouse command will act as if it's not there so I have to go to it unhook a line and then put it back on then ts7 sees it which is annoying because it was hooked up correctly to begin with.

I have read that the proper way to link nodes is incoming first and outgoing last. If you are referring to your Background widget project here, I have noticed when making changes live to widget that you have to temporarily disconnect a link and reconnect it to activate it. As you have discovered there is Active Widgets and the Widgets themselves. Also I have noticed when editing toolbars live you have to say for instance change the orientation on the toolbar handle to activate your changes. Maybe rebooting trueSpace after you save your changes properly would help here to. Just like when you make changes in Windows you have to reboot to make changes complete. There is also a command WindowsManager.Activate() that helps here too. I assume no knowledge in all of this and I am only suggesting pointers here.

Thanks Trueblue and ProfessorKhaos, I finally ended up finding some time to get back into this and was finding some weird performance issues.
