Confirmed - could place a plane behind the light to block it temporarily, could even make it invisible using transparency if you have no transparency enabled for the projector light, as temporary workarounds.

Will report it to developers :)

Thanks!

Tom

Secind report about fall off on spotlights I cannot confirm. tS7.11 and VRay.

No fall off works.

Linear fall off works.

Squared fall off works.

I've been trying for 30 minutes and cannot make it fail or see any problems with falloff. If you have a way to force them to fail, I'm interested to know.

Hi all again...

TomG: Yes.. The proyector light its not a hard bug.. because any light is proyected by a lamp.. put one and boila... but i like report anything what i found to make TS less problematic..

Other Little bug... Inocent bug but its a bug too..

Try this.. on vray pannel.. GI map put a path...

c:\map.vrmap for example... and press enter...

SOMETIMES.. Or better.. the first time the DOT becames a COMA..

c:\map,vrmap

If u correct the problem desapear.. i only see the first time when you start TS.. Try maybe you can see too.

About the Falloff im gonna try to show whats happend...

Its wird because i try many times closing and the problem persist...

BTW, (Squared falloff) yes it works.. but its the same like No falloff with distance.. thats the problem.. maybe thats because u say Works..

Best Regards,

yes prodigy, squared falloff doesn't work on spot lights or Projector lights in Vray ..and you can't use a projector light without an image like in ts6.6:( ..
