Why Caligari chose to link to an .htm file which then has a link to the .PDF file I don't know. In case someone cannot load the manual.. I installed TS7.1 into another directory so I could keep the old one, but it did not contain the PDF and PDFman directories, so was broken. I copied the ts7.0/PDFman.pdf and ts7.0/ts/pdfman/ directory over to /ts7.1 and it all worked again..
