In the LE click the orange triangle to enter the Project. In Project click the orange triangle to enter Windows Manager Space. Note the number of Libraries that you see. Back out of Windows Manager Space. Enter it again. Now how many Libraries? Repeat several times. Notice that each time you enter Windows Manager Space there are 2 more Libraries than there were the previous time. All of these Libraries appear to be empty and identical.
