Looking at your screen shot I would guess you are using an older version of Acrobat. My quess is if you upgrade your version this would clear up. Click the magnifying glass up there on your toolbar and click over the area you'd like to enlarge. Or...do you see the three page icons up there on the toolbar? Click the third one (Fit Width).
