This is not so much as a feature but an easier way to use the boolean operations . As we all know the boolean operation needs us to select two objects to do the operations on. It would be nice that when selecting a boolean operation(subt, union, etc) you were able to just click the (2 or maybe more) mesh nodes in the LE that you wish to perform the operation on rather than getting the right angle in view of the scene or making the object temporarly invisible to click on the objects themselves. If this or something similiar is possible it would help and could also be used for other tools such as the new bridge tool and egde/weld bridge tool (would be nice if egde/weld bridge tool accepted more than one edge at a time).

It is a little hard at times when a scene is made and because of lazyness or forgetfulness (which would be entirely my fault:o) need to use an operation that would take longer because of other objects in the way. I would turn most of the objects invisible (model view) but player has a problem making things visible again as it seems I would have to individually set each object to be visible ("unhide all" does not work very well between player and model).

What do you guys think?

Unless you can put things into easy group in the LE i don't think this would make things any easier, it also involves naming every object to make sure you boolean the correct one. Personally I think it would be much harder to find the object you want in LE especially with large scene files with 50+ objects

Good point but it actually looks good from my point because I actually use the LE a lot and actually keep track of my objects within LE (arrange and naming my objects) which would make it a little easier in this case. Another good way of grouping without neccessarely having to place them near each other as a group would be some type of GroupName (eg. GroupName_ObjectName). It's not really a requirement as I'm not sure if many of the ts7 users use the node editor (LE) as their scene editor to track the objects?

Yes, I'm compulsive in naming my objects that way :D

I suppose it is a good thing to label every object however I don't have the time (or the patience) ;)
