Of course caligari would alway be happy that you acknowledge trueSpace when you use it, but this is just professional curtesy and with no legal requirement. I think Caligari would be disappointed if nobody was using the now free trueSpace commerically;) Edit Just noticed this is in a thread about truePlay which is no longer downloadable cos the current version does not work with tS 7.6 but trueSpace of course can be used in the same fashion to access truePlaces... so if this is a question about truePlayer put it on hold...everything I said about trueSpace above is true though.. You are not required, nor even gently asked, to donate any money :) You can make models, give them away or sell them, make images or animations, again for profit, for business, or just for fun. Up to you, but either way it's free, and not even donate-ware. We do, as mentioned below, appreciate credit given, as it spreads the word and shows what trueSpace has been used for. But again this is not asked for, and we won't be offended if you don't put us in the credits to your movie etc, but we will smile and be happy if you do ;) HTH! Tom
