I know there is more I COULD do with this but to me it tells the story that I was trying to tell and I did not want to get bored with it and stop working on it so I am calling it done.
One of these days I might actually enter the MMC (not ready yet). :) |

Yes indeed. This is what I get, stillness from no one there, very little light, things just stay in the same place since no one is around. Really much more I get but hard to describe. Are those two plates that are on the table? Anyways is that kinda the jest you wanted? I like this one in any case. |

Noko..thanks. Yes, there are two plates on the table (though not the collection kind) :) I was hoping to give a feeling of "homely warmth", that feeling that we get when we walk into our homes and it smells like home but in this instance the smell has faded along with the candles and now it is an empty kitchen.
I am glad you liked it. |

Thank you Methusela.
Yes, they did but it was not intentional. I don't know if you saw my other scene (never submitted it to the image gallery) called "Last Train" but the other half of this equation missed the last train coming home which is why he is not there. |

Thank you. I have to use lighting and contrast to hide my very amateurish modeling skills but I am working on that. Maybe some day I will do a day time scene or some object :p |

Looks good tahnoak! I like how the single chair is offset. Looks like a lone individual got up and walked out, never to return. Nice work! :) |

Thanks. That was exactly the effect I was going for. Frustration at being alone and not fixing the chair was just another way of showing the disappointment. |
