Its been about 4 months since I've been on here and tbh its down to the fact that i barely use ts anymore - mainly due to time or having something better to do:o.

Here are a couple of "designs" if you like of some log cabin holiday homes. My dad builds these to clients specification and he sometimes asks me for a 3d design of 'their' build.

There nothing special there just suppost to give an insight as to what the real thing should look like.

Might turn one of these in to a work in progress one day and try make them look a bit realistic (when i have time:rolleyes:)

enjoy:)

Good to see you back Stoker. I somehow missed you today when you came to school, would have been good to have a chat and see what you are up to. Nice work by the way; I always said you could earn a few bob doing this sort of thing.

Keep well and keep in touch..:D

Nice set of lincoln logs though... put a room with toys around it and it will look real enough!

Looks real nice..just one question though..is the facia supposed to be that thick? Seems rather tall for facia. Just curious..not downing it.

Yeah they are although these models could of possibly done with them scaling down slightly. They seem to look massive when white although if there stained or a dark colour they dont seem so huge:o

Nice of you to drop by Stoker - I had noticed you had been conspicuous by your absence!

These homes look pretty solid.

We actually have the timber in the U.S. to build those type of homes. <g>

Nice styling and well constructed.

The wood is shipped from the U.S as it happens as its much cheaper than getting it from europe.

Looks great as bungalow :)

Firstly I was not convinced from wooden houses

but since my brother builded a honka (http://www.honka.com/us/homes/en_GB/custom/) house I had discarded my prejudice.

It's a fantastic living feeling.
