There is an issue with extra verts on the mirror plane and an urelated issue with verts being created during boolean operations, but this looks like you copied all the verts in the whole model. Fortunately it's easy enough to fix since you can select all the faces, move the model away then select the extra verts and delete them. If you find duplicatable steps that produce the problem please post them so that the dev team can look into it.
