Hi all,

I'm new with Truespace and therefore any questions.

I will make falling snow and I want use a particle generator for this.

Somewhere I've read that "true particles" are included in Truespace but I can't find them.

The first question: Is a particle generator included in Truespace 7.6 ?

If not, exist a free particle generator which works with the actual version?

For my comprehension, the workspace is the new "working area" and the model view is the old one.

Is this correct? If yes should I start learn only with the workspace or is this wrong.

My English language isn't the best but i hope for many responses.

Greetings

Martin

You'll find them over on the Model side in trueSpace. Top left in the 3D window are two small boxes, Left click the leftmost and it opens into a toolbar. On this you will find the animation controls etc, and one to place a trueParticles emitter in your scene. A right click on it lets you set the variables and options, a left click drops an emitter into the scene.

HTH!

Before I want to work on my fluid sim things I will work on a particle thing because that will be one of the approaches to fluids.

Then there is the grid version...
