Import .ai files stopped working // New Users 1  |   Order by default Post by johnhoward // Jan 15, 2009, 12:39pm johnhoward Total Posts: 231 Since I started using TS about four years ago, I have imported .AI files from Illustrator for sweeping (extruding). Suddenly it has stopped working. I get three error messages (see below), but I have always gotten the first one. Now there are two more. I can't find anything I'm doing different. Thanks for any clues. UPDATE: Just discovered that if I move the .AI file to a different folder, the problem goes away. Lesson: more evidence that VISTA stinks. Does anyone have Bill Gates' home phone number?
