Hello again(I seem to be asking a lot lately). I want to know how I could go about smoothing just the edges of a object, such as a cube. I made a glass cologne bottle and need smooth edges. Is there a way to use SDS on just a edge?

youu could go into point edit and use the fillet tools. That way you can round off just one edge or mulit-edges.

You can also add edge loops near the outer edges of the object before applying SDS. The closer to the edge they are, the tighter the corner...the further away they are from the edge, the rounder it will be.

The image below shows what the object looks like before and after SDS.

In Wordspace SDS, in PE mode you can select faces and just SDS those and leave the rest of the model intact. So keeping the model lean and using SDS where needed. Another option is to use Workspace SDS Edge weights, which reduces the need for edge loops, which also keeps the polygon count lower.
