Hi,

Im sure i read in the manual that you can change the way scaling values are entered in the object properties window (i'm using Workspace), however i cannot now find this!

I would like to be able to enter incremental scale amounts for xyz rather then absolute figures?

Sorry it took so long for someone to reply!

Anyhow, look to the right of the main workspace window after making a shape. Note, I think that you can only access this right after making a object. There is a window(if you are in panel)that will allow you to enter the exact values you need. You should take the organic modeling course. It is in there.

Do you mean how the scaling is implemented, ie multiplicative or not? If so, in the Snapping box in the stack, click and hold the button in the title bar to expand the options, move to Advanced and there is a check box in there to choose multiplicative or not.

Hi Wicked,

Thanks for your reply, this is indeed the check box i was after - scaling working good now!
