Anyhow, look to the right of the main workspace window after making a shape. Note, I think that you can only access this right after making a object. There is a window(if you are in panel)that will allow you to enter the exact values you need. You should take the organic modeling course. It is in there. If so, in the Snapping box in the stack, click and hold the button in the title bar to expand the options, move to Advanced and there is a check box in there to choose multiplicative or not.
