I created the Grid layout as I wanted it to be upon every startup, saved it as a "scene" file, and placed it on my desktop. Make sure you allocate where you want your new file to be sent when prompted... (I chose my Desktop, and I also copied one for my separate created tS folder in my Documents. Just so you know, this is not possible with a customized layout by itself as there is no scene information stored within. When you Generate a new scene and or Restore the default context a script is called that loads the four lights and camera. It is possible to edit this script. Another option is to setup your scene and layout as you would like and save it as a Project. Projects save the Layout and Scene information. You can also save a custom light setup by right-clicking in the lights library.
