Wherever you want, I got all my courses in My Documents. If you're talking about the PDFman installer, it does it for you really.

You can put them where you want for ease of access, if you want to be able to load the scenes and stuff it doesn't matter where you put it as you can just load stuff. If you want you can even define a new library place with a unique directory and have each course have its own library.

Does that answer your question?

There is no scripts installed when you install the Manual. There is a resource folder where the videos and some ts7.6 scenes, objects and materials reside and linked to in the Manual. You should install the manual as suggested by the installer where you installed tS7.6 only because you can open it from within tS7.6 from it's icon or file menu. All of the above is with regards to the tS7.6 Manual.
However I believe you are referring to a Course that has nothing to do with the Manual. You really should not put any of the Courses inside the tS7.6 directory. They are not linked in any way as the Manual is. If the Course has trueSpace scenes, objects etc.. you could create Libraries and Import them. It is important not have anything other then trueSpace files inside the Libraries as that can cause problems. Some Courses were made for trueSpace6 and earlier. You should load this content from Model. If the Course was made for trueSpace7 you should load this content from Workspace. I would suggest that you use trueSpace's User Interface to load or import anything from either Model or Workspace. Hope that makes sense. The Manual has Chapters and videos that should be helpful.
