Can anyone give me a technique for modeling a flag in a moderate wind? I don't need animation--just a convencing still.


So far, I've tried using the soft paint tools on a plane subdivided with a mesh.


Here are the results. What do you think?

Thank you both for the fast replies. I have not used the physics tools yet but they look like a fun thing to learn and use.


Your tutorial and cloth packs will be very helpful to me.
