As I guess you want the image taken from Workspace, why don`t you use the screnn copy funktion
- hit on the keyboard the Print key (auf deutscher Tastatur steht Druck)
- enter any grafics program and cut out the scenery
- or use in the lower right corner on the toolbar the render to file function
notice that image size and resolution here in forum are limited |

@ralph - That's a great first model! My first Truespace model wasn't anything like that, but then again, I don't remember exactly what my first ts model was, because it was when I first got ts, and that was version 4.3! But I do know my first ts model was not a dragon, and nothing that would look good in the gallery at any time in Truespace's history.
I think your dragon needs claws. You could model one set of claws, copy the one set 3 more times to get four sets of claws, move them to the base of the legs, and attach them on the model side. |

definitely good for a first, my advice is to control your loops by sorta drawing out where creases and such should be using the poly draw tool. Run the excess(but there should be no excess..lol)into hidden or open places(under the feet, the armpit, inside the mouth, or nostrils). Try to eliminate any triangles at the same time by deleting those edges, you want to keep it all quads....A tri here or there can be beneficial, but no N-gons(a polygon with more than 4 edges). I'm not sure how much you already know, due to the fact this is your first model, so excuse me if I over recommend here...looking good though! |
