If Emma's theory does not pan out, see what image you are using for your HDRI map. It looks to me like a texture map for a head being used as an environment. This will make it show up in reflections. Choose a different (more suitable!) image in the HDRI settings, or reset the HDRI to use plain color and not an image at all, either of those should fix it!
