Probably a stupid question, but here goes. How would I go about changing the name of a window? I am making a layout to use with my dual monitor setup, and would like to have the individual windows named for the view and not all named Space 3D.

Another question while I'm at it. I know in Workspace side you can dock windows by dragging them into position while holding the ctrl key. Is there a way to do this on the model side as well? It would be nice to recreate this layout for that side as well.

The name of the window is generated by the location it is viewing. If you change it to a 2D window and navigate up or down into an object, its name changes to reflect that. You can move up as far as the System area and down into objects to what ever depth you may find. Each time you enter a new area the window's name will change.

Model side does not have the capability to be control-docked as the workspace side does.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not what I was trying for. In the 4View layout that comes with TS each window is labeled for the view it is displaying like side, front, etc. That's what I was trying to do. Is that possible with layouts I make, or is that something that is hard coded into the program? I suppose I could try just modifying that layout to see if it retains the windo names when saved as a new layout.
