Hi

For some reason I do not yet know, if I select a point or face, etc, it only remains selected when I move the mouse of it. That means if I for example if I use the rectangle tool to select a number of points, as soon as I move the mouse away, e.g. to then use the point move tool, the selected points get deselected. I do not know what I did wrong to bring this about, because it is made working much more difficult.

Actually I was forced to re-install TrueSpace, but then as I was working again, I accidentally hit some keys, at least including the spacebar & it reproduced the same effect, to my dismay.

How do I undo this, without a cumbersome re-installation? I need to be able to select & keep the selected points, edges or faces selected for whatever purpose.

A quick response would be greatly appreciated.

regards

(Using TS 7.6 in the truespace6/Model mode)

Are you sure you haven't accidently selected the "Select Subset" or "Remove From Selection" Icon?
