Hello all,

I am trying to move away from modeler and completelt into Player. However, until I know more about the Player Tools, I am using Dual View which gives me both model and player modes. However, when I insert a Plane object into Model View, it does not appear in Player. But when I insert an object into Player, it shows in Model. Any idea how to fix this?

Note: I looked at my player preferences, it is set to Auto and Bridge Sync = 30. I changed it to on, but nothing. Perhaps there is a way to manually synchronize?

Wasn't there an issue about the plane not showing and you had to use a very thin box instead?

PrimMac, is your plane just below the player grid plane by any chance?

Put your plane in model then go to player-use widget to move plane up a little-see if that is the answer.

Thanks for the advice. I think that was the problem. There might also be an issue in the fact that planes are "one sided", meaning that if you don't look at it from the correct side, you even see it.

By default planes created in Model view are double sided. You have to manually set them to single sided in the properties for plane primitives to get single sided planes.
