Where is the status bar?

Hello everyone,
Just a quick question. In 6.6 there was a status bar at the bottom of the screen that provided some extra information about the functionality of the button currently selected. I always found this a handy feature, as the pop-up context help sometimes disappears before you can read it. Does anyone know if this feature is still hidden somewhere in TS7? |

Hi,
Thanks for your answer kdet, but I still can't find it. The post you guided me to tells me to switch to Player View in Full Layout, and apparently, there is an icon there to enable the status bar, but after having checked them out one by one, I can't seem to find it:confused: |

this is the icon you are looking for "progress report"..:icon_ProgressReport it should be in a toolbar next to "generate new scene" ..:icon_NewSpace: .. |

Thanks Stan, I found it. I had no idea it was that icon. I think a name like "Status bar" or "Status Line" would have made more sense, but there it is. Many thanks. |

yes PrimMac..it's rather confusing to have an icon called "progress report" opening a panel that is called "Status Line"..:confused: |

It's change to status window with name status line.?
New status line have a useless title bar. it's waste some screen area :(
I like the old status line (at bottom) rather than new status line. :(
Because status line should only an one line at the bottom and can be turn on or turn off. (like on internet browser). |

We can configure the size and location where we want have it.
I drop the status Line in the second screen what in early version wasn´t possible.
When you don´t like the Button Name, you can change it.
You can change everyting you want in 7, this is the reason why i am glad with it. |

Ha this won´t work so like you see in 6.6 but you can move and snap it on the screen where you want it.
You can when you want, move all panels from the TS window / screen, out of TS / on a second screen when you work with dualview.

Johny you can get rid of the blue title bars..even the top one...just the model/player one is needed...your icons don't need a window..you can get rid of the white spaces that way.. |

Johny..hold down ctrl and click on the grey bar on status line and drag it out of the window..do the same to the toolbars using the handles.. |

Thanks stan, it's worked (blue title bar disapear).
now how to remove the big grey bar upside white bar (real status line) and small grey bar below white bar? (I only need white status line bar) |
