I saved a configuration called Steinie.rsl and it worked. Recently I installed the cd version on top of my downloaded version. Steinie.rsl is still located in RS Configurations directory but does not appear as a tab. I also cannot import layout because it is looking for *.RsLyt. How do I reload my configuration settings?

if that doesn't work..

try this..

insert a new configuration in library[call it steinie1]

now go to explorer and find it..

it should be in the same place as steinie.rsl

rename steinie1.rsl ..example ..xsteinie1.rsl

now rename steinie.rsl to steinie1.rsl..

open ts go to configuration library open steinie1..it should now be steinie.rsl [worked for scenes anyway]

Splinters, although it works for scenes it doesn't seem to work with configurations. I used Space.LoadConfigurations...etc is that the right command?

Stan, I haven't tried your way yet but it certainly looks like it would work. I'll let you know.

Thanks for your help.

p.s.

What language is being used in the command window?

Also Splinters your avatar makes it seem your always in a bad mood!

Ok Steinie, although I am insulted, try this;

Space.LoadScene('\\RS Configurations\\Steinie.rsl')

As before, check your path and layout name.

Good luck.
