Wow, great effort everyone, a really good turnout with plenty for the judges to look at.

As if you didn't know, the images can all be found in this thread:

I'm sorry the poll's a few days late going up, but I'm only back to a PC today after last week's stint in hospital. You've got until Sunday to get your votes in...

Good luck to everyone.:D

Don't know if everybody is agree, but it would be fair a second poll between transient's render and the winner.

I did all of these models in the two-hour frenzy that is the speed modeling contest. However, I spent a much longer time on the textures (basically a full weekend). So in the spirit of the contest, I decided to pick the one that I liked best and enter that.

If you read the rules this would have qualified:)

6. Render time, lighting and texturing are not included as people with slower computers may be at a disadvantage.

I would happily have included it, but Transient chose himself which entry to include. Several other people have submitted multiple entires, so I would have had no problem including it as an additional entry if requested.:o

Naw, move on to the next SMC.

Transient's image is superb and we all acknowledge that it is superb. Voting on different levels of superb-ness would imo defeat the intent of the speed model challenge intent. :)

She's not ;)

I liked the originality of your idea, which is part of what I consider when voting... nice job, hope you continue to join in with the challenges.

Well done Prodigy and everyone else.
