Objective: model a TOY under 3 hours.

Rules:
1. You must work ONLY with Truespace 3.2.
1.1 Create the model in the specified time.
2. You may enter as many times as you like.
3. Your entry should include a wireframe screen grap before subdivision has been applied, mainly this is so people can get an idea of how things were created and perhaps learn a few things (this does not have to be incorporated into the final rendered image, if you feel your wireframe needs to be large so that people can understand it better then post a seperate wireframe).
4. Include time spent.
5. Post only one image (and 1 wireframe if you like) per entry which must be no larger than 800x600 pixels. Final composition is up to you and can include as many copies of the object as you wish. Composition can include other objects but the main focus should be on the object specified by the challenge title.
6. Render time, lighting and texturing are not included as people with slower computers may be at a disadvantage.

Time limit - 180 minutes
Deadline - 12:00 AM GMT -3 . Saturday 28th of April 2007
Subject - TOYS

Well, im feeling like a noob again!!

Its basicly the same as other ts versions, the big problem is the UI, but you can do good things with this.. I love the Photoshop plugin, Still working with many new photoshop plugins and I love the speed how you get the post process in your render..

It tooks me a few minutes "ReLearn" on how i must to move rotate and model, and i think i need more practice.

My opinion?

Excelent software for beginners, Its free, you can model, import from .x 3ds lwo... take time to feel confort if you comming from higher versions like 7.11 :D but i recomend this soft to anybody.. And its very very stable..

Here is my render.. :D plz. nobody laught!! :D

truespace 3.2 + Diffuse Glow photoshop post process.

*And by the way.. here is the ts3.2 scene.. maybe help for somebody :)

for the lights i simulate a global illumination... and with more time i think its totaly posible make excelent things.. Remember this are maded in 1h20m without any practice over 3.2 and with a free software...

Well, here comes another entry.

It's definetly possible to make realistic renderings with this old version.

Maybe we could start some kind of lighting/rendering 3.2 contest, were you get a complete scene that you should just make a nice looking rendering of. :)
