I've been away from TS for a long time. Last project was with v5. I've now got 7.51 and I think I like it but . . . . .

The relationship between "Workspace" and "Model" seems tenuous at best. The "Bridge" is too sensitive to me. Maybe this bridge is not problem, I don't know.

I've begun keying some animation in Model mode with the Scene Editor. I'd like to adjust them using the FCurve tab in a 4D window. It looks like the "Story" time line and the "Scene Editor" time line are separate. I'm I wrong?

the storyline is for workspace side, not model side, so you do not always get predictable results. The animation tools for Workspace are actually very good. You could set up in Model and switch to model to animate.

Also, set the bridge to "Auto" seems to help me the most. If I turn it "Always on", then I tend to have problems with my machine.

The plan is for the "bridge" to die a quick death with the coming of TS 8.0. Until then, we're stuck with it for backward compatibility for various file formats and the old plugins. :(
