Ok..not sure why it is rendering my reflections as you see below..but it is..and also certain HRDI maps erase my text around the drive bays. Why?

I would try turning the camera view on the scene to see if you can get a different reflection. I would also check the refraction value on the top shader/texture for the box.

For the HDRI erasing the text, it might be that the area around the text is the same color as part of the HDRI map and that's the portion that blends into the text. I would add a very slight bump to the text to see if that makes it go away and then reduce the chances of shadows on the text by making sure that face(s) are separate and not accepting shadows nor have a reflectance.

Not sure James. I tired all that..and the refelctions are still the same. Here is a samll test render. It seems that it only does the blurry reflections on the flat surfaces. The first is a LW render..the Second is Dribble. Dribble does smooth out the jaggies somewhat.

Well, when you have lights in the scene and I suppose that would apply to HDRI as well, the color of the light matters if it bounces off a surface and especially a transparency.

In the first image, I used a yellow light.
In the second image, I used a red light (notice the text disappears.)
