When I paint an object with a large texture file -let's say 1024 pixels width-, it renders blury in player, just like if it was filtered down at a 256*256 resolution.

tS's hardware setting are already at max.

Did anyone experienced this ?

Do it comes from my graphic card ? Should I look into the driver settings panel ?

Go back to the model view and go to File - Display Options. There is a field in there called "Txt. res for Player". This determines how large the texture file is downsampled/converted to for display in the Player - the default value is indeed 256x256.
