I see there is a special now for Conversion Pack 2.1. I already have Conversion Pack 2.1 but it will not install for V7. Has this been updated so that it will install for V7? The description says for V6.6 and above. But if it will not install for versions above 6.6 how can it be for above?

Hi Bill,


Conversion Pack has indeed been updated for tS7. The same install will now run on tS6.6 and on tS7.


An email was sent out on May 24th this year to all Conversion Pack owners, about the update. Please note that if you did not receive this email, then that means we do not have your correct email on file and you will need to take steps to update it, otherwise you will indeed miss out on such announcements!


You can maintain your contact details at:

All you need to do is download the install, as the one in the downloads area has been replaced with the "universal" version that fits tS6.6 and tS7.

Tom, following the more info link on the offer page and then choosing proteam from the top links to the TS66Conv21 version...this will not install with TS7...:o

Thank you Thomas. I did check and my email is correct in the contact information page. But I did not get an email regarding this update. In fact I haven't received any emails from Caligari since the pre-release of TS 7.0. I didn't even get the announcment about the 7.1 update, but I was able to download the update from the downloads page. Once again, thanks for the response.

Hmm, may want to check spam / junk mail filter settings there, sounds like all our emails are being deleted before they reach you. If you enable emails from "caligari.com" then that should clear that up

Not sure about that - use the repeat downloads area though, that's always the best place to download from anyway - the file name is tSConvPAck21.exe

Hi Thomas. Nope...I don't have a spam filter. Some emails are redirected to a junk folder but I always check who they are from before deleting them.

Tom, I did not buy conversion pack so it is not in repeat downloads for me-I am trying it through the Proteam link which downloads the old version...:confused:

Hi Paul,


All items that come as part of proTeam are in the Repeat Downloads area - it is organized by order, so if you check your order for proTeam, it will list everything you can download as part of your pT membership, ie all the courses, the libraries, and plug-ins such as the Conversion Pack.

Cheers Tom, a valuable lesson for all here methinks. I only thought repeat downloads were fro items I had actually downloaded (makes sense though!). Didn't see the 11 pages of proteam stuff on one order (of about 10).

Yes "repeat downloads" is kind of a misleading name in that it is "any downloads" - first time, or repeat. Also proTeam does have heck of a lot in it, so it is a long list of stuff. I'll look into streamlining access to that since I am looking into the pT 2.0 member pages right now with that sort of idea in mind, making it easier to find and get to the lengthy list of stuff that you get as a pT member.

Not sure why your mail didn't reach you :( Could you send me an email directly at thomas@caligari.com, I'd quite like to try and find out why, to see if any other users are affected. Obviously we want people to know when there are updates that they are entitled to! Just send a quick "hi" email for now, and then I can get our database people to look into the possible causes and notify you directly rather than via here on the forums :)
