What is the point of this format if it can't be used? I have objects that end up unusable because of that file format. It's like ts7 doesn't use it. Has somebody found a way to load these files into ts7 properly since I have a few objects and now a few recent scenes that I'm unable to load because of the fact that ts7 cannot load .rsitem. If anyone has found a way around this because I really don't want to start over because of this :(

Can someone from caligari create an easier way to access the rsScenes and rsObjects because having a file format that can have the data from either one but is unsuable seems like a bad idea.

Agreed, it needs looking it but you can load the item. When you use file the browser (usually windows explorer) it chooses a default extentsion such as *.rslyt. All you need to do is use the drop down menu to choose all files from the 'files of type' option. That usually does it...good luck.
