In all previous versions I could smoothly zoom in and out by rolling the mouse wheel. In 7.1 this does not work very well at all. Rolling the mouse wheel kind of sort of zooms but there is no control at all. It acts like the zoom sticks then jumps. It will zoom in a bit then back out a bit then jump way in or way out. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey Bill, I've checked both player and model views and the scrolling appears to work smoothly.

I've got 1GB of RAM in my system, and a 128MB video card. Perhaps the additional requirements of tS7 might be the cause - how much RAM and video RAM do you have?

Windows XP Home, 1 gig ram and 128 mb video ram on ATI Radeon 9200. Scrolling worked smoothly in 7.0. After install if 7.1 it no longer works in either Player or Model.

I uninstalled 7.0 and deleted the complete folder before installing 7.1.

XP and all drivers are latest versions.

Hmm. That rules that out.

Another thing I would suspect from "jumpy" behavior would be from processes running in the background. Other than that I don't know what to suggest - my card is the Diamond S120 with the ATI 9550, I think.

Is anyone here using the same video card as Bill? If so, how is your scrolling?

I wish I could be more helpful.

Thanks Scapino. At least now I know it isn't just my system. Hopefully this can get resolved. It is quite annoying to not be able to zoom with the mouse.
