What it really comes down is making sure you load the tsx using the plugin tool - you can navigate to where ever the tsx is. The biggest issue people have with installing dribble is making sure that 3delight is installed and licensed correctly. This is often covered up by the resource panel or coordinates panel and the package manager is mistaken for the "install new plugin extension" since they look similar.
