The water is wired to move the texture/normal maps and the skydome object is being rotated. I cheated a little with water reflection and projected a screen capture of the building with a projector light. I'm thinking of using a projector light to cast cloud shadows. I started wondering if it's possible to stream video from scene camera capture or input stream capture to an objects material or projector light, like a real-time portal. Interesting idea. To have say a television in a scene playing what a camera is capturing in another part of the scene. I would think that it's possible in one way or another. Certainly something that warrants further investigation. :)
