Hi,

I have mocaps that are in .c3d format and would like to import it to my character object in truespace. Is there a way to import c3d to truespace directly?

I was thinking of converting c3d to bvh format before importing to truespace, however I cannot find any c3d to bvh converter in the internet. Is there such a converter?

thanks

Sounds like it would be the way to go. OBJ is the standard for importing static geometry, works the best, but won't capture animation. Generally for things like Poser to tS, OBJ is used for the geometry, BVH for the motions, and the two reassembled in tS, and I would guess the same applies here.

Not sure on the conversion, never had to do it from that format. What software were you currently using them in? Maybe it has some save options that would work?

HTH!
