If it does not run on 98 do other earlier versions of Truespace still exist for downloading? Worth a shot, but XP is required. 7.6 is the only version released for free, except for 3.0 I think. No other versions are available for download from Caligari. TS5 certainly runs OK under Win98 so you might be able to get hold of that from someone who doesn't need it anymore - don't know about 6.x but would expect they would work also.... I'm willing to bet you won't find any video card with drivers for Win98 that will support that, so apart from any other problems that would be a show stopper. I'm pretty sure the install routine checks the OS and will halt if it detects Win98 too.
