Is there a way to do a animated fade of visibility on workspace side(recording keyframes in WS) and render to a file this fade with the lightworks in the model side? but I need do this with a enormous number of objects encapsulated, becase do with the object render attributes in each object is impossible and it doesn't render in model side! and would be good, but not necessary, if the shadows fade together with the object, because in the model side I did many fades with the material and shadowmaps that when the object was invisible the shadow was totaly visible!

Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's not possible. IIRC polygon animation recorded in WS transfers quite well across the bridge for rendering with LW but because it's rendered with lightwave you can't animate the textures (which are animated in Model Side. I'm fairly sure this is correct info.

Sorry I figure it probably doesn't help much. I assume that we'll be limited this way until such time as LW is fully integrated with WS (assuming and hoping that this is going to happen).

ok wizard! but is there a way to create a visibility flag? like in the model side? because with at least this I could render the all scene one time and after render the parts without the group and make a fade in a video editor... if this is not possible too I will have to render the all scene in peaces rendering part per part with and without the the things and and make the fades after (and each part with a diferent scene because to render the scenes without.. I would have to delete the group... this is not estimulating for change to the workspace side).

Sorry I don't really know enough azbout it to give you a sure answer. I recall Dele made an animation trigger that would fade objects in workspace but I don't know if thats transferable across the bridge. I did have a similar situation when I wanted to vary the reflectance values over time in a LW rendered anim from the WS. I couldn't find a way to do so I had to get creative. Sorry again, I'm not being much help:(

You can use the model side scene editor on the WS side in which later you can add your fade in and outs using material editor on modeler side. The down fall is you won't have the WS side bone animation ability nor vertex animation. Maybe not a solution. Real time would not be a problem but rendering with Lightworks does not carry everything over.
