I recently revisted the spiral array tool in 7.6 and have found that the "Create curve along radial array" does not work in 7.6 and upon further investigation it appears to not have worked since tS 6.0

It works ok here. I believe problem may be how you are using it. If you click randomly in model side, you get a curve, just check your object information panel. You will see a noname object, most likely located far away from the radial array. You can use the object info panel to bring the noname curve closer to location 000 and see it. Otherwise it is going to remain out of view for you.

Norm, in tS 6.0 the curve was right on the array object. Placing the curve away from the array object did not start to occur until later versions of ts6 ( I tested this with my old versions) . Now I did take your advice and "find" the curve after it was created but I really should not have to do that, but I am glad it is working.

Well is a few tools there. One creates a curve along actual array and this particular tool is there so as not to create the curve inside the array. I agree is a little strange to have it placed so far away, but this is sort of its intent. I can get the curve to show in very near vicinity of the array if I try.
