Do I have to re-install the software? Is anyone getting this? If so please select that option and post the crash dump file. You may need to zip the file before including it as an attachment. thanks! I was just testing and trying out trueSpace and check out their render engine (which I was using VirtualLight), I clicked on the render button and that's when I got the error message. Last time when I first tried it, it didn't crash. But like 3 or 4 times I get the error message. I thought I send in the .dmp file and see what the problem is. My computer is just 6 years old so maybe that's an issue. I managed to get into tS7 with no problems as of now. I'm new to tS so I'm getting there. Thanks for all suggestions. Have a good one.
