Quick question for anyone that has imported TS models to XNA. What I have found is that I need to adjust the scale of the model by about 1000 to get it big enough to look reasonable. Anyone else have this?

Wasn't sure if the adjusting any of the scene/object units can be adjusted so that the apparent size in TS is close to the same that XNA uses.

I've just started fidling with the 3d parts of XNA, been having plenty of fun creating sprites in TS5 (export as png) for a while.

Thanks!

Yes I see this too :) Easy enough to add some scaling in XNA. Not sure if there is a scaling option in tS during export, was more focused on the XNA side of things for now. Also, not sure if just scaling the object up in the workspace before export would also make a difference.

Will test when time allows (meantime if anyone else tests those options, let me know).

HTH!

Yes - scaling up in TS does work, but you have to make it REALLY big. You can see this by importing any of the .X objects that come with the XNA samples.

Good to know the behavior is consistent and it's not just me!
